LITERACY TARGETS for Spring 2009 MUST - I can use commas to separate items in a list. SHOULD - I can use a comma after starting a sentence with an 'ed' or 'ly' word. COULD - I can combine three ideas and demarcate the first two with commas. NUMERACY TARGETS for Spring 2009 MUST - Decide how to record my work. Check my work using the inverse operation. SHOULD - Identify the operations needed to solve a multi-step problem. Check my answers. COULD - Identify the words which tell me how to solve a problem. Estimate, calculate and check my answers. |
