At Orsett, we believe that every child is unique and special to all who work in the school and in the eyes of God.  Every Child Matters at Orsett and education is about developing the needs of the whole child.  

As well as teaching children the skills to read, write and do sums, education is about transforming children's lives, giving them the confidence and self-belief that will enable them to play an active role as a citizen in their community.  But this alone is not enough.  It is about giving children the skills to be independent, to take responsibility for their own learning, to ask questions to further their understanding of the world of which they are a part and to be life long learners.

Orsett School is part of a collaboration with its neighbouring church school in Bulphan.  This means that we can offer teaching of a high quality, committed staff, extra-curricular activites, an exciting curriculum and a range of opportunites that will really benefit our children.
